The couple’s visit comes just weeks after Andi’s cryptic Instagram posts hinted at a betrayal involving a matching tattoo. Although she later clarified that Philmar did not cheat, it was revealed that he got a “224” tattoo with Swedish photographer and athlete Pernilla Sjoo. The number stands for “Today, Tomorrow, Forever”, which many saw as a symbol of commitment.

Philmar had previously visited the same tattoo shop to get inked, adding portraits of his dogs on his right arm. During that session, he was seen covering the “224” tattoo with tissue, and in his latest visit, he kept his entire right arm hidden under a jacket.
