BINI Aiah responds to dating rumors after online speculation linked her to several people. Posting on X (formerly Twitter), she defended her friends from unwarranted backlash, emphasizing the harm caused by false assumptions.
“I am aware of what has been happening lately, and honestly, it’s interesting to see how it has become such a big deal for some, along with the multiple theories circulating about it,” Aiah wrote.
While she initially remained silent, she noted how quickly discussions escalated online.
“It’s also fascinating to observe how quickly noise can grow and how many people can misunderstand so many things,” she added.
Defending Her Friends
Aiah also expressed frustration over how anyone she spends time with is automatically linked to her, regardless of their relationship.
“I also notice that almost everyone I hang out with or surround myself with gets linked, no matter who they are—whether it’s a friend, a superior, or even a relative—which I find unfortunate,” she stated.
However, this time, she chose to speak up—not for herself, but for those close to her.
“It pains me to see that the people who make me feel safe, calm, and normal, and those who contribute to my happiness, are being ridiculed and made fun of online,” she explained.
Aiah highlighted the support she has received from her friends and argued that they do not deserve the backlash.
“My friends have been such a great help to me, especially lately, and I think they don’t deserve the hate,” she continued.
She urged the public to be more mindful before making assumptions.
“There are so many sides and truths that people don’t see, and I just hope we can all be kind to one another because kindness is free, and we all need it.”
Calls for Positivity
Ending her statement on a hopeful note, Aiah encouraged her followers to choose kindness over negativity.
“I hope and pray that all the hate gets suctioned out and is instead filled with nothing but love. Let’s all be loving and kinder to one another.”
Adding a bit of humor, she joked that even her pet might soon be caught up in similar rumors.
“Also, sabi daw ni Honey baka siya naman na mabalita this time kasi mahilig din naman siyang manood ng mga aso na naglalaro hehe,” she quipped. “Haha, anyways, nothing but love and no hate ♥️.”
Rumors Linking Her to PBA’s Caelan Tiongson
Aiah’s statement followed growing speculation linking her to Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Caelan Tiongson.
The rumors started after she was seen watching Game 4 of the Rain or Shine versus TNT match in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup on March 5. It was the second time she attended a game, further fueling the discussion.
In an interview with One Sports, Caelan acknowledged knowing Aiah through a mutual friend but avoided discussing her personal life.
“I met her through a mutual friend, and she’s a great person, but I’m not gonna speak about her personal life anymore than that,” he stated.
“She’s a great person, and that’s all I gotta say,” he added.
Adding to the speculation, Caelan was previously seen at BINI’s BINIverse World Tour stop at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on February 15, accompanied by fellow Rain or Shine player Felix Lemetti. In the same interview, he admitted to being a BINI fan.
Despite the growing attention, Aiah’s message made it clear that she wants to shift the conversation away from speculation and focus on spreading kindness instead.
